These gentlemen, when you have a problem, you have to forgive yourself there, because the man who has to answer the phone, which is Fran, never answers it and you have to go live for everything. Besides, if you have a problem and you have to file a complaint, they threaten that they will no longer treat you with the same decorum as if it were a reward to treat a client, it had to be a reward and it was not normal. The truth is that I have been amazed by this site to buy the car, I do not recommend it. This is how they left the car for me after they passed the MOT and after they painted it, my goodness. Not to mention the glass leak that they don't take care of.
We arrived at the Calonge industrial estate dealership and Rubén helped us. We had a type of car in mind and he offered us several cars that we had not seen. The car we decided on was in Cádiz, and Rubén from Seville spoke with his partner Carolina so we could see and test it. All procedures were super fast. Their treatment during the process was magnificent.

At first everything is great, until they sell you the car.
The after-sales service is HORRIBLE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AND WHAT IT COVERS YOU, THEY TELL YOU TO YOUR FACE THAT YOU HAVE BROKEN IT OR THAT IT IS A MANUFACTURING FAILURE AND YOU LEAVE THE SAME AS YOU CAME!!!!
On the day the car was delivered they gave me ONLY one key. They told me that for security reasons they were at another dealership and that due to logistical problems they could not give it to me that day. The seller (Rafael) told me that if necessary he would stop by Alcalá to bring it to us. After a week with the car, I ask them for my keys and Rafael himself tells me just like that: You have the keys at the dealership, come and get them whenever you want. I tell him that I don't agree since it wasn't our fault that we left without the second keys and he answers that they don't have to give them and yet they are doing me the favor of giving them to me xD…………
I have asked you to please send them to me by certified mail since it was not my fault (I repeat) and I do not have to travel 35 km to go get the key. Well, all it does is tell me that the key is at the dealership, so I should go get it. I ask for the management's phone number and they hold off.
Terrible treatment. Once they sold the car... I don't remember if I saw you.
Finally, at the calonge dealership they fixed the 4 stupid things I had, except for the Android Auto, which the salesman told me it had and now they tell me that I have to activate it in the Mercedes, after doing a check at the official Mercedes, they tell me that cannot be activated. They gave me the car without having it inspected, after 7000 km I have to have it inspected and change brake pads. In the warranty department, where I took the car the first time, everything was a problem, a Mr. M. recommended that I buy it new. Thank God not everyone thinks the same about their company.
